Lose The Weight.. and keep it off!

Lose your fat, gain energy, maintain your muscle, stop looking at numbers on the scale and pay attention to how your cloths are fitting - go from a size 9 to a size 4, gain a strong, lean, toned and healthy body, get back into your jeans and notice that your scale weight has not changed but perhaps by 5 lbs. Sound impossible? Not when you understand that muscle weighs 1-1/2 lbs on a scale and fat only weighs 1 lbs. If you gain in muscle but loose the unwanted fat - the scale balances out - but cloths are loose.
