Cold Pasta Salad

The perfect summer meal. Makes 2 servings at 310 calories with just 6 grams of fat.

4 ounces Spiral pasta, uncooked
4 items Stalks celery, diced
1/2 item Tomato, medium, diced
1/2 item Cucumber, medium, diced
1 item Bell pepper, medium, diced
1 dash Black pepper
2 ounces Fat free mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup Fat free salad dressing, Italian, ranch or your favorite

Cook pasta according to directions on package. Toss the diced vegetables with the cooked pasta, cheese, black pepper and dressing. If you are pressed for time or don't want to spend the time chopping vegetables, use a food processor. Chill in fridge before serving.
