Breakfast Banana Burrito

A light and satisfying 235 calorie breakfast with only 2 grams of fat.

2 ounce Fat free cream cheese
4 to 6 inch Small banana
1 item Sprouted tortilla, Ezekiel 4.9 brand
1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon

Slice the banana into thin medallions. Spread the fat free cream cheese onto one side of the sprouted tortilla. Add sliced banana and sprinkle the cinnamon on all. Wrap. Then place in a microwave oven on high setting for 45 seconds.
